Referral:

• A Member can earn extra income by referring other people.
  
• For every new membership, referral will get 50 Rs. or 1$ as bonus.
  
• Referral income will be counted seperately from the work income.
  
• Referral income will also be given to the member with his / her payment cycle.
  
• Referral income is just a way to earn extra. And it has no influence to the credibility of a member's work profile.
  
• Member's credibility & reputation is completely based on his work.
